Tyler Taft is the Managing Partner and Head of Commercial Real Estate at SHK Investments, a full-service brokerage and investment firm based in Los Angeles. He leads the firm's commercial platform, specializing in the acquisition, disposition, and strategic repositioning of industrial, retail, multifamily, and self-storage properties across major U.S. markets.

A Los Angeles native, Tyler began his real estate career in luxury residential development before transitioning to commercial brokerage. He has been a licensed real estate agent since 2013.

With over a decade of experience, Tyler represents institutional investors, private equity groups, and entrepreneurial owner-operators. He works closely with firms such as Invesco, STOS Partners, Turnbridge Equities, and Fortress Investment Group, and has successfully sourced and executed off-market transactions totaling hundreds of millions in value. His industrial expertise spans both core and value-add opportunities, and he is known for executing complex transactions with precision, creativity, and a strong ability to drive deals across the finish line.

Outside of work, Tyler is a devoted family man and avid golfer who enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter.
