Based in Los Angeles, CA, SHK Investments is a full service real estate broker and development management company. From helping a first time home buyer find their dream home, to working with investors and developers on multi-family or commercial projects, SHK brings over 30 years of combined background and experience to leave the client at ease.

SHK draws on its multi-disciplinary expertise in commercial and residential real estate to help clients identify investments and execute on strategy. We have extensive experience in financial modeling, design and development, Owners Representation, property management and full brokerage sale services.

SHK is currently project managing ground up development in Los Angeles ranging from single family, multifamily and commercial projects. Services we provide include the full life of a project, starting with acquisition and pre-development to Owners Representation and asset disposition.
