Omid Shokoufandeh is the Managing Partner of SHK Investments, where he leads the firm's brokerage, acquisitions, development, and construction management platforms. Based in Los Angeles, he is responsible for setting the company's strategic direction and overseeing all residential and commercial transactions across the firm's portfolio.

Known for his hands-on approach, he specializes in value-add investments and is recognized for identifying opportunities that generate long-term value for clients and investment partners alike. His work spans the full lifecycle of a project — from acquisition and underwriting through design, construction, and disposition — allowing him to execute with both precision and efficiency.

He earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania, graduating cum laude with concentrations in Economics, Political Science, and Philosophy. While at Penn, he was a four-year letterman on the Varsity Men's Soccer team.

Outside of his professional work, Omid remains an active soccer player and enjoys golf, where he continues to refine his short game.
